Bringing Hope Through Hoops
From April 16 through May 31, 2010, High Five Hope in partnership with the Olympic Village Group is launching the 'I Give Hope' Campaign.
At Olympic Village sporting goods stores across the Philippines, you can bring your used or excess basketball and volleyball equipment and donate at any one of the Olympic Village stores listed to help the street children of the Philippines. Donations can be used shoes, clothing, balls, or equipment (details below). We will put it to great use for the kids in our program!
Every qualified entry will receive one raffle ticket for a potential chance at one of our great prizes, including Oakley eyewear, Tribu gift certificates, Carlton Lime badmitton rackets or a basketball signed by PBA stars!
So grab that old basketball or volleyball gear and head to an Olympic Village store near you! And let your friends know too!

Details:
1. I Give Hope Project will run from April 27, 2010 to May 31, 2010.
2. Every donation of sports goods found in the Official List (“LIST”) below will earn one (1) raffle entry. (1 donation = 1 raffle entry)
3. Participants have to fill up the raffle coupon with their complete name, address, telephone number and signature, and drop it in designated drop boxes located at any Olympic Village outlets.
4. Sports goods that are not part of the LIST may be accepted but will not earn raffle entries regardless of price, condition, brand, etc. They, in turn, will be given to the street children who will participate in High Five Hope’s Hope Festival for use during their recreational activities.
5. Store heads will be given the mandate to evaluate the sports goods being donated.
6. Deadline of submission of raffle entries will be at the closing time of store hours – 9:00 p.m. on May 31, 2010.
7. Raffle draw will be on June 4, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. in the Olympic Village Group of Companies Head Office, 39th Floor,
8. A participant can only win once. Should a participant’s name be drawn more than once, the prize of higher value shall be awarded and another winner picked out for the lesser prize.
9. Winners will be notified by phone, email and registered mail and posted at the Olympic Village Group of Companies stores.
10. Winners will be asked to claim their prize at the Olympic Village Group of Companies Head Office at the 39th Floor,
11. Winners must present two (2) valid ids to claim their prize. Minors must present a copy of their birth certificate and must be accompanied by their legal guardians. Legal guardians must present two (2) valid ids. Failure to present these requirements within sixty (60) days upon receipt of written notice of phone call whichever comes last means forfeiture of prizes with prior DTI approval.
12. Prizes cannot be converted to cash and are non-transferable.
13. All employees of Olympic Village Group of Companies, High Five Hope, participating trading partners, vendors or suppliers including their relatives, up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in this promotion.
14. Olympic Village Enterprises, Inc. will pay for the 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00
